BENEFITS THAT MATTER

Medical Insurance Coverage

Regular full-time employees are eligible for PPO medical insurance, with ARG Petro covering 100% of the employee's premium cost. Coverage for the employee's spouse and dependents is available. Coverage begins after 60 days of employment.

Prescription Drug Coverage

Employees who enroll in medical coverage also receive prescription drug benefits. The prescription plan becomes effective after 60 days of employment.

Vision Insurance Coverage

Optional vision insurance is available to regular full-time employees and their dependents. Coverage begins after 60 days of employment.

Dental Insurance Coverage

Dental insurance is offered to regular full-time employees and their dependents. The company covers 50% of the employee's premium, with dependent coverage paid by the employee. Coverage begins after 60 days of employment.

Health Savings Account

Employees enrolled in the high deductible health insurance plan are automatically enrolled in the Health Savings Account (HSA). The company contributes to the HSA account monthly, and employees are encouraged, but not required, to contribute, as well. Participation is available after 60 days of employment.

Life Insurance Coverage

$35,000 of coverage. Employer-paid life insurance is provided to all regular full-time employees at no cost. Additional voluntary life insurance coverage is available to regular full-time employees and their dependents. Coverage becomes effective after 60 days of employment.

Other Insurance

Regular full-time employees are eligible for voluntary Short-Term and Long-Term Disability and other supplemental insurance, like cancer care, critical illness coverage and much more. Coverage becomes effective after 60 days of employment.

401 (K) Plan

Eligible employees are automatically enrolled in the 401(k) Plan after 90 days of employment. There is a company match and immediate 100% vesting upon enrollment. Rollovers from other 401(k) plans are accepted.

Paid Time Off

Regular full-time employees earn 10 days of paid time off per year, with accrual beginning based on their hire date. PTO becomes available after completing the probationary period.

Holiday Pay

Regular full-time employees receive 10 paid holidays each calendar year, including New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the following Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Floating Holiday

Regular full-time employees are eligible for one floating holiday per calendar year. This day may be used at the employee’s discretion with prior approval from their supervisor.
